Title: Leader of People, Brand & Culture

The Opportunity
As the Leader of People, Brand & Culture, you play a key role in shaping both how Centennial operates internally and how we show up in the community.
On the people side, you’ll lead recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, and performance support — ensuring we attract, support, and retain great people across our office and field teams. You’ll work closely with leaders to set clear expectations, support performance management, and help build strong, well-managed teams.
On the brand side, you’ll oversee Centennial’s company-wide marketing efforts, ensuring our messaging, campaigns, and communications are consistent, professional, and aligned with our values — whether we’re hiring, promoting services, supporting community initiatives, or sharing our story.
Overall, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with creative, brand-focused work.
